The Dnipro Gen 2 windlass tourniquet is manufactured in Ukraine and has over 200,000 units in active service in the current war effort and is proven in the battlefield more than any other tourniquet currently available.

It is fully certified under the MDR 217/745 with both 13485: 2106 and 9001 :2015 quality management systems.

The Gen 2 has been designed to be atraumatic, with a low level of associated pain sensation, applying the necessary strength and fixation to maintain the ideal level of pressure for fast and effective haemostasis.

Heamocap Multisite is a new unique innovative pressure dressing. It is not a tourniquet.
It can be applied in seconds to the wound site and can be replaced when the wound has been inspected to maintain pressure after inspection. It can be applied to wounds all over the body with the same application technique.

This is a 1m x 10cms haemostatic gauze dressing used to stop the bleeding of larger cuts and lacerations. Used to pack and seal larger wound areas.

• Our Cut-eeze Haemostatic spray is a wound congealant which is ideal for small cuts and grazes.
• Spray on to a bandage or dressing, and apply to the wound
• Can also be sprayed direct to the wound area
• When the wound heals, remove residual powder and dress with plaster or bandage as usual.

The National Poisons Information Service (NPIS) advise that for responsive patients, immediate decontamination is the priority for individuals exposed to hydrofluoric acid.
Even relatively low strength hydrofluoric acid is toxic and has the potential to cause serious tissue damage and death when contaminated individuals are not treated swiftly. C-Gel is a high performance calcium gluconate gel. C-Gel combines with and neutralises the fluoride ion present in HF acid. This helps to prevent pain and tissue damage caused by HF acid whilst a patient is in transit to hospital.
C-Gel is an easy to use cream, which can be self-administered or applied by a suitable first aider, available as a 40g tube

Some examples where Hydrofluoric acids may be encountered are industrial chemistry, mining, refining, glass finishing, silicon chip manufacturing, and sanitation.
