However, when you place an order over the telephone, we will ask you for your payment card details. These are not recorded by or held on any of our systems and are entered directly in to our payment provider?s PCI-DSS compliant payment system. We only record that you have made a payment.

To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of your information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All information is held in a secure manner on security-tested systems and storage in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. All information held in the United States is with companies who have GDPR-compliant privacy statements and who operate to Privacy Shield standards.

We use the information you provide to fulfil your requests, manage your services and to allow us to monitor and improve our services to you.
